30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Return any order within 30 days for a refund via original form of payment. All returns received after 30 days will receive refund via Store Credit. See store credit below for more info. Simply follow the return requirements below. See exclusions listed below that are not returnable.
1 Year Return Policy
We accept returns within 1 year of original purchase date.
How does it work?
- Fill out and print off our Return Form.
- Enclose the required copy of the Return Form inside the box.
- Enclose a required copy of Original Sales Invoice inside the box.
- Carefully package your parts and ship them back to us within 365 days of original purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. See Return Shipping.
- Upon receipt, a refund will be issued as one of the following:

- Within 30 days of original purchase - Refund via original form of payment with the exception of partial kit returns. Partial kit returns will be refunded as Store Credit.
- After 30 days of original purchase - Refund via Store Credit.
- Replacement - Upon receipt of items, we'll send you a replacement.

Make sure to notate your NEW replacement order number on the indicated field of the Return Form. Upon receipt of the old parts, we will refund you for your NEW replacement order. Due to credit card security, return refunds can only be given within 30 days of original purchase. If the return is not received within this credit card security window the refund will be given via Store Credit.
- Refunds are given for the cost of parts only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes rejected or non-deliverable packages.
- Parts returned that were sold in a kit, the credit amount will be based on kit pricing.

- Used Non-Rental Tools
- Parts that are altered, modified, or used other than what originally intended for, or improperly installed are not eligible.
All returns received after 30 days will receive a refund via Store Credit. Allow 1-5 business days for returns to be processed and credited to your online account.
Store Credit refunds are given for the cost of parts only and the original purchase price after all order discounts. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This credit can be used at www.blauparts.com only and is not valid at any 3rd party websites (e.g. Amazon, eBay).
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all returns. Blauparts does not provide any pre-paid shipping label.
Carefully package your parts and ship them back to us within 365 days of original purchase. For added protection and secure handling, we recommend you use a traceable, insured delivery service. Blauparts cannot be held responsible for in-transit damage or for packages that are not delivered to us. Lost and/or damaged products are not covered under warranty.
