VW Transmission Fluid Fill Adapter Pump Tool 09S 8-Speed

Our transmission fluid pump and adapter tool kit is a cost-effective solution to other much more expensive transmission fluid filling tanks and adapters. The pump can be adapted to the pull-out spout tubes built into the Eurol and Ravenol 1-liter transmission fluid bottles. The pump can also be threaded onto most fine-thread conventional 1.5-inch spout bottles. The adapter threads to the transmission pan fill plug and in combination can pump ATF into the modern non-dip stick tube bottom fill type transmissions. This tool kit is a cost-effective solution for much more expensive VW 09S 8-speed transmission fluid filling tools.

PLEASE NOTE: This pump tool kit does NOT fit Ravenol or Eurol 4-liter and 5-liter bottles, only 1-liter bottles.

Used for bottom filling the 8-speed Volkswagen 09S AQ300-8F Aisin automatic transmissions. The adapter threads into the drain plug, allowing ATF to be pumped and bottom-filled into the transmission. See the vehicle fitment tab to confirm your exact model fitment.

How to Use BLAU Fluid Transfer Hand Pump Tool with Ravenol Bottles

Ravenol bottles use an anti-tamper bottle cap design and the caps can not be unscrewed or removed from the bottle. Ravenol 1-liter transmission fluids, gear oils, and transfer case fluid bottle caps include a built-in pull-out spout tube that can be adapted to the pump.

• See the images for how to adapt the pump to the built-in Ravenol pull-out spout tubes; this allows for a very convenient and leak-free fluid transfer and filling
• Simply adapt the bottom of the pump to the bottle's pull-out spout/tube
• Attach one end of the hose to the tip of the pump's dispenser
• Direct the other end of the hose into the desired fluid fill port
• Begin pumping to transfer fluid into the transmission, differential, or transfer case
• As fluid is being evacuated from the bottle, slightly elevate the bottom of the bottle to an upside-down position, tipping the fluid into the bottle spout and pump
• Allow the bottle to be sucked dry as it collapses
• Repeat the sequence with the next bottle

How to Use BLAU Fluid Transfer Hand Pump Tool with EUROL Bottles

Eurol 1-liter transmission fluids, gear oils, and transfer case fluid bottles include a built-in pull-out spout tube in the bottle cap for filling most easy-to-reach transmissions with dipstick fill tubes, manual transmission, differential, and transfer case fluid fill ports. Our fluid transfer hand pump can be threaded directly on the Eurol 1 liter bottle spout for hard-to-reach transmission, differential, and transfer case fill ports.

Note: These instructions also apply to other brand bottles with conventional 1.5 inch spouts

• See the images for how to adapt the pump to the Eurol spout
• Cut the provided bottle pickup tube to an appropriate length to suck from the bottom of the bottle and install it onto the bottom of the pump
• Thread the bottom of the pump to the bottle's 1.5 inch spout
• Attach one end of the hose to the tip of the pump's dispenser
• Direct the other end of the hose into the desired driveline fluid fill port or transmission fill port adapter
• Begin pumping to transfer fluid into the transmission, differential, or transfer case
• Allow the bottle to be sucked dry while being evacuated
• Repeat the sequence with the next bottle
