What is the Best VW Golf R Oil Change Interval? Our Blauparts oil change kits are designed for the factory recommended VW oil change interval of 10,000 miles or once a year. However depending on rough driving conditions or spirited driving styles Blauparts recommends an earlier oil change intervals or every 6 months which ever occurs first. Changing your VW oil is good preventative maintenance in an effort to minimize long term engine repair costs.
What Oil Type Should I Use? We suggest always using oils that specifically indicate an Audi/VW oil quality specification on the bottle (Example: VW 502 00 / VW 505 01).
