Mercedes-Benz MB 229.52 Motor Oils

Mercedes Benz 229.52 oil type spec is one of the newer and most up-to-date oil formulation for most Mercedes Benz diesel models equipped with diesel particulate filter and the newest 2.0L turbo gasoline engines. MB 229.52 oil was engineered as a lower viscosity oil grade with a Mid-Low SAPS and tier 3-4 emission additive level formulation to improve fuel economy, provide better oil pumpability or viscosity flow, improved resistance to foaming, and more resistance to sludge oxidation. Mercedes MB 229.52 oil specification is the newer replacement for the older MB 229.31 oil and MB 229.51 oil specifications.

We carry a variety of Mercedes Benz MB 229.52 oil specifications made by Ravenol, Eurol, and others that carry OEM approvals to provide superior performance and protection for your Mercedes engine.  Mercedes Benz MB 229.52 engine oil spec is commonly listed along with the industry standard ACEA C3 oil specification. If necessary, an ACEA C3 oil can be used in place of a MB 229.52 motor oil, as it is similar in performance. Mercedes Benz MB 229.52 oil is available in SAE 0W30, 5W30, or 5W40 viscosity.
