Our return policy is valid on purchases made from and does not include 3rd party site purchases (e.g. Amazon, eBay).

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Return any order within 30 days for a refund via original form of payment. All returns received after 30 days will receive refund via Store Credit. See store credit below for more info. Simply follow the return requirements below. See exclusions listed below that are not returnable.

1 Year Return Policy

We accept returns within 1 year of original purchase date.

How Does It Work?

  • Submit a return request by logging into your account and selecting My Returns. If you don't have an account, submit an RMA request as a guest here.
  • After your request has been approved, print the packing slip shown in your return request.
  • Enclose both the printed Packing Slip and Original Sales Invoice inside the box.
  • Carefully package your parts and ship them back to us within 365 days of original purchase. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. See Return Shipping.
  • Fill in the tracking information of your return in the return request. 
  • Upon receipt, a refund will be issued as one of the following depending on the resolution chosen when creating your return request:
    • Within 30 days of original purchase - Refund via original form of payment with the exception of partial kit returns. Partial kit returns will be refunded as Store Credit.
    • After 30 days of original purchase - Refund via Store Credit.
    • Replacement - For damaged or defective items. Upon receipt of items, we'll send you a replacement.
      Need it faster? Buy the new part you need replaced online then fill out a return request.
      Make sure to notate the order number of your NEW replacement order in the message field of your return request. Upon receipt of the old parts, we will refund you for your NEW replacement order. Due to credit card security, return refunds can only be given within 30 days of original purchase. If the return is not received within this credit card security window, the refund will be given via Store Credit.
  • We only offer exchanges in the case of an item being damaged or defective, exchanging the damaged or defective item with the exact same part number. In the event a different product is required, the incorrect item would be returned for credit, either as a refund (within 30 days) or store credit, and a new order can be placed for the desired item.
  • Refunds are given for the cost of parts only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Cost of shipping may be deducted from refunds and credits. This includes rejected or non-deliverable packages.
  • Returns that were sold as part of a kit will be credited based on kit pricing.

What's Not Returnable?

  • Brake pads that have been installed
  • Brake rotors that have been installed
  • Brake kits that have been installed
    • If you would like to return any of the above items and they haven't been installed, start a return request.
  • Closeout items
  • Special order items
  • Used non-rental tools
  • Parts that are altered, modified, improperly installed, or used other than what originally intended for are not eligible

Store Credit

All returns received after 30 days will receive a refund via Store Credit. Allow 1-5 business days for returns to be processed and credited to your online account.

Store Credit refunds are given for the cost of parts only and the original purchase price after all order discounts. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This credit can be used at only and is not valid at any 3rd party websites (e.g. Amazon, eBay).

Store Credit expires 6 months from issue date.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all returns. Blauparts does not provide any pre-paid shipping label.

Carefully package your parts and ship them back to us within 365 days of original purchase. For added protection and secure handling, we recommend you use a traceable, insured delivery service. Blauparts cannot be held responsible for in-transit damage or for packages that are not delivered to us. Lost and/or damaged products are not covered under warranty.
