Start a Return

Our return policy is valid on purchases made from www.blauparts.com and does not include 3rd party site purchases (e.g. Amazon, eBay).

90 Day Return Policy

Blauparts accepts returns within 90 days of the delivery date. All returns received after 30 days will receive a refund via Store Credit only. See store credit below for more info. Simply follow the return requirements below. See exclusions listed below that are not returnable.

How Does It Work?

  • Submit a return request by logging into your account and selecting My Returns. If you don't have an account, submit an RMA request as a guest
  • After your request has been approved, print the packing slip shown in your return request
  • Enclose both the printed Packing Slip and Original Sales Invoice inside the box
  • Carefully package your parts (so they arrive back to Blauparts in "like new" condition) and ship them back to Blauparts within 90 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. See Return Shipping
  • Fill in the tracking information of your return in the return request
  • Refunds are given for the cost of parts only. Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Blauparts will deduct all outbound actual shipping costs incurred from the credit amount on all orders that qualified for free or flat-rate shipping. This includes rejected or non-deliverable packages
  • Returns that were sold as part of a kit will be credited based on kit pricing
  • Upon receipt, a refund will be issued as one of the following depending on the resolution chosen when creating your return request:
  • Within 30 days of original purchase - Refund via the original form of payment with the exception of partial kit returns or products that have been tampered with or are not in "like new" condition for resale will be refunded as Store Credit
  • After 30 days of the original purchase - Refund via Store Credit

Damaged or Defective Items

Customers will need to return the damaged or defective item to Blauparts. Upon receipt of damaged or defective items, Blauparts will send you a replacement.

What's Not Returnable?

  • Products that are not in "like new" condition due to any of the following reasons are not eligible for a refund:
    • Products that have been altered, modified, or tampered with
    • Products that have been improperly installed
    • Products that are showing wear and tear
    • Products that are missing the manufacturer's packaging
    • Products that have been used other than what they were originally intended for
  • Brake pads that have been installed
  • Brake rotors that have been installed
  • Brake kits that have been installed
  • Closeout items
  • Special order items
  • Used tools
  • Single-use items

Restocking Fee

Some returns may incur a nominal restock fee of up to 20% if the product is not in "like new" condition and requires us to refurbish it to a like new condition. Or if the product was returned in a condition where it cannot be resold as new and must be scrapped.

Store Credit

All returns received after 30 days will receive a refund via Store Credit. Allow 1-5 business days for returns to be processed and credited to your online account.

Store Credit refunds are given for the cost of parts only and the original purchase price after all order discounts. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This credit can be used at www.blauparts.com only and is not valid at any 3rd party websites (e.g. Amazon, eBay).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns. Blauparts does not provide any pre-paid shipping label.

Carefully package your parts (so they arrive back to us in "like new" condition) and ship them back to us within 90 days of delivery date. For added protection and secure handling, we recommend you use a traceable, insured delivery service. Blauparts cannot be held responsible for in-transit damage or for packages that are not delivered to us. Lost and/or damaged products are not covered under warranty.
