Important Installation Notice

• Fluid pump with transmission fluid filling adaptor for Mercedes-Benz 9G-Tronic (BLAU Part Number J91004)
• An OBD2 scan tool to monitor transmission fluid temperature
• Factory manual ATF refilling instructions/guidelines

Proper installation involves strictly following Mercedes-Benz factory procedures utilizing the above-mentioned special tools. Accurate fluid refilling requires monitoring the transmission fluid temperature to ensure correct levels. Underfilling, overfilling, or not using the correct tools can lead to shifting issues, transmission fluid leaks, or potential damage to the transmission pan, filter, fill plug, or other components.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in transmission pan/filter damage and lead to transmission shifting problems due to incorrect transmission fluid levels.
