My package is marked delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

If your order was marked as delivered, but your package can't be found, don't worry! There are some things you can try to find your missing package:

1. Check that the order's shipping address was correct

You can do this by checking your order confirmation email or by visiting the "My Orders" section of your customer account.

2. Check around your home or building, or with neighbors

Check all entrances to the building, with any other occupants of the building as well as the surrounding area, like behind bushes or at back doors. Please also check with any close neighbor. Also check your door or mailbox for an "attempted package delivery notification" slip from the carrier. If you live in an apartment complex, you may also want to check with the leasing office.

3. Give it an extra 48 hours

Allow the carrier 48 hours from the "delivered" update for your package to arrive. Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit, and your package will generally show up within the next couple days.

4. Contact the shipping carrier

Use your tracking number to start a claim with the carrier (FedEx, USPS, etc.).
