Can you check if a part fits if I give you my VIN?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to look up the vehicle material build information using your VIN, typically only a dealer has the ability to access that detailed information.
Can I mix different coolant types?
NO! You should never mix different coolant types. Before topping up your coolant system confirm which coolant specification is required for your vehicle application.
I think I received the wrong oil filter, what should I do?
Some customers may mistakenly believe they were sent the wrong oil filter. It's possible that some immediately see visual differences when taking the oil filter out of the box and think the new oil filter they received isn't the correct one.
