
Does Blauparts pay for return shipping?
For most returns the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Blauparts does not provide any pre-paid shipping label. If you believe an error with your order was made on our end, contact us and we will gladly investigate and issue a return label as needed to make things right.
For added protection and secure handling, we recommend you use a traceable, insured delivery service. Blauparts cannot be held responsible for in-transit damage or for packages that are not delivered to us. Lost and/or damaged products are not covered under warranty.
