
Do you offer exchanges?
In most cases, no, we do not offer exchanges. If, for instance, the wrong product/SKU was ordered, it can not be exchanged for a different product/SKU that may have a different value and/or brand. The item or items can be returned for credit, either as a refund (within 30 days) or store credit and a new order can be placed for the desired item.
