Do you offer exchanges?
In most cases no, we do not offer exchanges. We only offer exchanges in the case of an item being damaged or defective, exchanging the damaged or defective item with the exact same part number. In the event a different product is required, the incorrect item would be returned for credit, either as a refund (within 30 days) or store credit, and a new order can be placed for the desired item.
