When will I receive my order?
All orders placed on our website ship from our warehouse location in Manitowoc, WI. Transit times for your order to arrive will mostly depend on your location along with the shipping method chosen during checkout.
How do I track my order?
It's easy to track your Blauparts order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can track the status of your order by clicking the tracking number in the email or by pasting the tracking number into a search engine like Google.
When will my order ship?

Does Blauparts ship over the weekend?

Return Questions
How do I return an item?
We are committed to your complete satisfaction with your Blauparts ordering experience, so if you need to return something simply submit a return request online by following the steps outlined on our returns page.
Does Blauparts pay for return shipping?
For most returns the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Blauparts does not provide any pre-paid shipping label. If you believe an error with your order was made on our end, contact us and we will gladly investigate and issue a return label as needed to make things right.
Do you offer exchanges?
In most cases, no, we do not offer exchanges. If, for instance, the wrong product/SKU was ordered, it can not be exchanged for a different product/SKU that may have a different value and/or brand. The item or items can be returned for credit, either as a refund (within 30 days) or store credit and a new order can be placed for the desired item.
How long do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 90 days of the delivery date. Form of refund for accepted returns varies depending upon whether the return is received within 30 days of the original purchase or not.

How do I confirm a product fits my vehicle?
The easiest way to confirm your vehicle fitment is to use our websites "Select Your Vehicle" search. Here you will be able to select the year, make, model and engine of your vehicle. Once this has been entered, select the find button. Now you will be able to filter through product categories to find the products you're looking for.
Can you check if a part fits if I give you my VIN?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to look up the vehicle material build information using your VIN, typically only a dealer has the ability to access that detailed information.
I think I received the wrong oil filter, what should I do?
Some customers may mistakenly believe they were sent the wrong oil filter. It's possible that some immediately see visual differences when taking the oil filter out of the box and think the new oil filter they received isn't the correct one.

The best way to determine which engine oil should be used in your engine is to reference your vehicles owner’s manual. Using the appendix in the vehicles owner’s manual, locate the section under fluids, engine oil or lubrication. Here you will find the recommended engine oil quality specification and viscosity weights recommended by the vehicle manufacturer for the best engine performance and longevity.

How do I use reward points?
You can apply your points either in the shopping cart by expanding the "Use Reward Points" section of the order Summary or in checkout by selecting the "Apply Reward Points" link under the "Review & Payments" step.
