What is the Best BMW Oil Change Interval? Our Blauparts oil change kits are designed for the factory recommended BMW oil change intervals of 10,000 miles. BMW Approved Oil? There is a difference between an engine oil that “meets” an oil specification and an oil that has “approvals” or OEM approved specification.
