Important Base and Enhanced Kit Version Notes: The fluid change interval for this Audi DSG transmission is every 40k miles. Currently, Audi suggests only changing the DSG fluid during this service and not the filters. We suspect this is due to a more challenging or complex transmission disassembly process involving the removal of the transmissions mechatronic valve body unit in order to replace the three transmission filters located on the top side of the unit. Currently, we offer a BASE KIT for the recommended 40K DSG fluid drain and refill. We also offer our ENHANCED KIT which includes the three filters and a pan gasket. However, we suggest that only professional ASE-certified Audi technicians perform the filter changes due to the more complex transmission disassembly (See related items).
