Technical Information:
Blauparts recommends Audi VW spark plug replacement every 40,000 miles or at the manufacturers recommended service interval. Old spark plugs can have poor spark giving an inefficient fuel burn. This can result in a poor cylinder combustion, a rough running engine, and very poor fuel economy. Changing your vehicles spark plugs every 40,000 miles can result in long lasting engine health, performance, restored fuel economy, horsepower, and a smooth running engine. This is also a good time to inspect all other filters such as the engine air filter and fuel filter. Typically these are also replaced every 40,000 miles. These filters being changed along with the spark plugs can greatly restore engine efficiencies.
