A request for a special consideration return authorization (returns that fall outside of our comprehensive policies) will be considered by the returns team. An answer will be emailed to you within 72 hours.

Tool Rental Extension: By filling out and submitting this form you are authorizing BLAUfergnugen! to charge your credit card for the 10 day tool rental extension fee (this will be the same amount as the original rental fee on your invoice). An additional 10 days will be added to the original due date. An invoice will be emailed via pdf when extension order is processed. Please specify in the 'Notes:' box below what tool kit(s) you are looking to request the extension on. We reserve the right to deny any tool rental extension request.
