Note: Blauparts recommends that your Volkswagen timing belt replacement service should be done before 80,000 miles.
Note: Just changing the VW timing belt isnt enough. Why? Most VW timing belt failures can be caused by worn timing belt tensioners, idlers, and the water pump. By 80,000 miles most tensioners and idlers are actually near or at the end of their service life. VW timing belt tensioners, idlers, and the water pump should always be replaced when installing a new timing belt.
