Blauparts would like to announce that the Ravenol sponsored 'Bamboo Engineering World Touring Car Championship Race Team' will be visiting Sonoma Raceway in California.

The Ravenol supported Bamboo Engineering team will be challenging for the FIA World Touring Car Championship on the 7th and 8th of September, 2013.

For the 2013 FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) season, Ravenol is acting as Bamboo Engineerings oil and lubricant technical partner. Ravenol has been offering their vast knowledge and experience of racing oils and lubricants for Bamboos 2013 efforts. Ravenol makes a continuous effort in applying the knowledge and experience gained from motorsports into their retail products, offering the Ravenol consumers the exact same advanced technology as race teams.

World Touring Car Championship Information:
This year is the eighth season of the FIA WTCC in its current fashion. The WTCC is one of only three FIA world motor racing championships among F1 and the World Rally Championship.

The WTCC is comprised of four-door, two-wheel-drive production cars. All use a 1.6 liter turbocharged engines and 6 speed gearboxes. Mix these high performance machines with the worlds best drivers and its not hard to see why the WTCC is the world's leading touring car series.

The series is truly a world event with over half a million spectators attending twelve tracks in twelve countries across four continents. Races are televised across the world by 86 TV networks, with 512 million viewers in 160 countries.
