Installation Guidelines for
Acrylic - Replacement Side Mirror Pieces

Items Needed: Glass Cleaner, Denatured Alcohol, Oil Free Clean Rag

IMPORTANT NOTE: Temperature needs to be above 55º  for proper adhesion. Replacement mirror can fall off if attempts are made to install it in temperatures below the above guideline.

1. Clean Existing Mirror(s) Thoroughly with Glass Cleaner.

2. Wipe Down Existing Mirror Face(s) with Denatured Alcohol and let dry.

3. Keeping the protective mask of the new Mirror(s) in place, Carefully peel the backing off of the Pre-Attached High Bond Tape. Do Not remove anything but the backing off of the tape.

4. Carefully position the new mirror over the profile of the old mirror pressing the adhesive against the old mirror.
NOTE: Care should be taken to achieve proper alignment and avoid any "twisting action" on application, as this can distort the image.

5. Carefully Remove the protective mask found on the new mirrors and Clean the new mirror faces with Glass Cleaner if necessary.

Notice: If your existing mirror(s) are broken or Very Delaminated, You may be required to Remove the OEM mirror from its plastic backer. You may then be able to install the new mirror to the plastic backer similarily to the above steps.

The End User should always use a damp cloth to avoid unnecessary scratches in the mirror.
